Every document ends up in the right place.
Invoices, payslips, loan contracts, receipts and bank statements arrive by upload, email or Peppol. Vinkly reads them, decides what they are, files them as structured records and matches them to your bank. You check what it isn't sure about.

- Roles per company, from owner to employee
- OCR and AI run on your own server
How a document travels
Every document follows the same path, whether it's a supplier invoice, a fuel receipt or a loan contract.
-
It arrives
Drag it into the browser, mail it to a monitored mailbox, post it to the REST endpoint, or receive it as a Peppol XML with its PDFs attached.
-
It's read
Text embedded in a PDF is read first. Then every page is OCR'd, so scans and photos of receipts work too.
-
It's recognised
Extractors decide what it is and pull out the fields: Peppol mappings, XSLT and pattern rules, or a local language model for everything else.
-
It's routed
Confident results are filed automatically. Others wait in the inbox with the fields prefilled, for you to approve or correct. Corrections teach the extractors.
-
It's matched
Bank statements (CSV, CODA, CAMT.053) are linked to invoices, credit card statements and costs, by structured communication, account number, amount and date.
What it covers
Every record shares the same basics, like amount, counterparty, documents, accounting post and follow-up flags, so overviews work across all of them.

- BuiltImport and export Export all data of a company, with its files, to one file, choosing what goes in, and import it again: replacing what is there or adding only what is new. Also how a KAI back office is brought over and kept in sync.
Everyone sees what they need
Each company gets seven starting roles. Adjust them, or add your own. Employees only see their own payslips, timesheets and expense notes.

Runs on your own servers
Your documents stay with you. OCR runs with Tesseract and the language model runs locally with Ollama, so no invoice or payslip is sent to an outside AI service. Files go to any S3-compatible storage.
One Docker Compose file starts the whole application behind a single address: fill in a few passwords, put your HTTPS proxy in front, log in as the first administrator and create your company.
